OPENING PERIOD: April – September 2026

The Oxide Beach Resort, as the concessionaire for the management of the Lido di Classe (RA) beach, requests compliance with all provisions of the Port Authority Ordinance, displayed at each beach office, and the Maritime State Property Management Regulations and the regulation of beach activities. In particular, it is noted that:

  • Pedestrians are free to access the beach, but only if they do not have their own equipment.
  • Under a red flag, access to the water may pose a safety risk. A red flag indicates danger and/or lack of lifeguards, therefore swimming is not recommended.
  • The Oxide Beach Resort offers its guests beach equipment rental, which includes: use of a beach umbrella with two sun loungers (standard equipment), use of a beach umbrella with one sun lounger and one deckchair, use of restrooms, showers, entertainment service, lifeguard and first aid activities.
  • In case of strong winds, the management of the Oxide Beach Resort may decide to close the umbrellas, for the safety of everyone.
  • All users of the Oxide Beach Resort equipment declare at the time of booking that they know and accept these regulations without exception.
  • The guest must be able to show the payment receipt upon request from company personnel responsible for checks.
  • The validity of daily passes is subject to customers' strict compliance with the conditions listed in these regulations.
  • It is expressly agreed that the violation of even one of the conditions indicated in these regulations gives the Oxide Beach Resort the right to withdraw from the provision of services, with the consequent loss for the customer of the sums paid for this purpose.
  • Subscription refunds are not available for any reason. Please note that changing your seat is not permitted unless authorized by management.
  • A maximum of 4 sunbeds and a director's chair can be placed under each umbrella.
  • It is not possible to take equipment from other umbrellas and place it under your own umbrella.
  • People must behave in a respectable manner and must not disturb other beach users.
  • Guests must use beach equipment with care and not damage it.
  • Stabilimento Balneare Oxide reserves the right to change the number of rows beyond those currently available. Should a need arise due to company operations, Stabilimento Balneare Oxide reserves the right to assign a different beach space than requested.
  • Children must use the playground equipment in the presence of their parents or other adults responsible for their safety. Management declines all responsibility for improper use of the equipment.
  • Each guest is required to look after their own belongings and not to leave any objects under the umbrella.
  • The management of the Oxide Beach Resort and its staff will not be held responsible for any theft of abandoned items.
  • In case of reservations it will be necessary:

c) Payment must be made within 1 day of arrival. Seasonal passes must be paid by August 15th.

d) No discounted rates are available for customers requesting an extension of less than 6 days. The discounts listed in the price list will apply for stays longer than 6 days.

e) In response to requests for seasonal passes for five or more workstations, we are ready to provide personalized quotes, ensuring maximum savings. We are also available to discuss advantageous agreements with companies, hotels, agencies, and public bodies, offering special rates.
